Incorrectly formed headings

This is a test case designed to determine how the Easy Checks heading bookmarklet deals with incorrectly marked up ARIA headings.

Missing level: should be flagged with a warning.
Missing role: should not be listed in the panel at all.
Invalid role attribute: should not be listed, or if listed it's flagged as an error.
Invalid markup: should not be listed.
Each error flag should describe the problem.
Other headings from the page content displayed with no warnings or errors.
